EPOXY bonded wheels offer high strength, cool cutting, high stock removal and excellent finishes. These wheels are available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes to fit most standard machines and wheel speeds typical to the industry.
Our epoxy bond can be modified to control the porosity and hardness of the wheel. With this flexibility, combined with a wide selection of grains, we are able to customize the grade to match a wide array of applications.

Grains available include silicon carbide (X, C), aluminum oxide (G, F, W, A), pink aluminum oxide (P) and ceramic aluminum oxide (Q). Available in grits from 16 to 220, they are custom blended to produce the desired stock removal and finish.
Jowitt & Rodgers RESIN bonded wheels have long been used for double disc and many cylinder wheel applications in the Cutlery and Tool Industries. Our unique liquid resin produces a wheel that is exceptionally cool cutting and is available in a very wide range of hardnesses.
